Strawberry shake with lots of strawberries. One of my favorites.

Almond Joy shake (chocolate powder, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened coconut shavings, tiny scoop of almond butter)
Didn't need one today, but I could have had a boiled egg, or a green apple, or berries with a tiny bit of agave.
Chicken Marsala is one of those dishes that sound so complicated to make, but in reality it's super easy. It has very few ingredients, but the real thing has lots of butter in it. And that was easy to substitute. Had it with cauliflower mashed potatoes and a side salad with lime juice and olive oil as dressing.
2 Tbsps of olive oil
5 free-range chicken legs (or 2 chicken breasts)
8oz of chopped organic crimini mushrooms
A splash of marsala cooking vinegar(Optional)
S & P al gusto
1 cup of almond milk
2 Tbsps of organic brown rice flour
Paso a paso:
1) In a frying pan heat up olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
2) Add chopped mushrooms, cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add splash of marsala cooking vinegar.
3) Mix almond milk, brown rice flour, and S&P.
4) Add flour mixture to chicken and mix. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
Detox tea, and chocolate these chocolate dipped strawberries. And that's a wrap.
